He worked with majors and juniors and published a highly-regarded investment newsletter. He first became aware of the geological potential of the Golden Traiangle more than 25 years ago with boots on the ground for a junior explorer. After a recent stint as president of a company advising US private equity investors about mining, he returned to what he loves doing – the hunt for buried treasure.

Mr Bernard is the managing shareholder of a residential and commercial real estate company. For 4 decades he has been actively involved in building businesses in real estate, hospitality, retail, manufacturing and mining. He has been actively involved in the management of several publicly traded companies and brings a wealth of business and capital markets experience.
Mark T. Brown
Director
Mr. Brown is a mining industry financial executive with over 25 years of financial and mining experience. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant, CA, and qualified at PriceWaterhouseCoopers in Vancouver. Mr. Brown founded Rare Element Resources Ltd. and built it into a $500 million company, listing it on the NYSE Amex Stock Exchange. Mr. Brown has also been active in several successful exploration companies and invests actively in companies along with his team at Pacific Opportunity Capital Ltd.
Ron Cannan
Director
A business consultant with more than 30 years of experience in helping small businesses, with expertise in marketing, government operations and public policy development at various levels of government including First Nations. He served 18 years in public office as a Member of Parliament in Ottawa and City Councillor in Kelowna BC and is a Director on various profit & non-profit Boards.
B.H. (Ben) Whiting, P.Geo., FSEG, KStG

Mr. Whiting is a professional geoscientist with more than 40 years of experience in the international mining industry. He has worked for both major & junior companies, managing a wide range of operations from exploration through to mine development. He has also acted as a special advisor on mining industry matters to government agencies and is a past Adjunct Professor of Queen’s University and the University of British Columbia in the Geological Sciences & Mining Engineering departments. He is President & CEO for Orex Minerals Inc. and Vice President Exploration for Barsele Minerals Corp. in the Belcarra Group. Ben is an “Economic Geology” medal award winner and the 2008 IAC “Explorer of the Year".
Dorian L. (Dusty) Nicol

Mr. Nicol is an experienced professional geologist with an excellent track record in the mining industry. Mr. Nicol has a B.Sc. degree in Earth Science from M.I.T. and an M.A. degree in geology from Indiana University. Dusty has over 45 years of world-wide experience in gold exploration and mining. He has designed and managed successful gold exploration programs throughout North and South America, Africa, Russia and the Former Soviet Union, and Papua New Guinea. He has also designed and managed generative gold exploration programs in Africa and Europe. At Jerritt Canyon, Nevada, he designed and managed the exploration program which discovered over 1.5 million ounces of gold at a discovery cost of about $18 / ounce over a 5-year period. His exploration program at the Tulkubash oxide deposit, Kyrgyzstan, added over 600,000 ounces of gold to M&I Resource in the first year, at a discovery cost of $11.40 / ounce.

Lucia Theny is a structural and economic geologist with experience in base and precious metal exploration. Ms. Theny holds a B.Sc. (Honours) in Earth and Environmental Sciences, specializing in geology from the University of British Columbia and a M.Sc. in Earth Sciences, focused on structural and economic geology from Simon Fraser University.Before joining Mountain Boy, Lucia was a field geologist for several junior exploration companies where she has conducted successful exploration programs on grassroots and brownfields projects. With worldwide experience, a majority of her career has been focused in British Columbia’s Golden Triangle.
Winnie Wong

Ms. Wong is a mining industry financial executive and acts at the Chief Financial Officer and Director of select mining industry companies. Ms. Wong is a Chartered Professional Accountant, CA, and qualified while working with Deloittes. Ms. Wong is also Vice President of Pacific Opportunity Capital Ltd. based in Vancouver BC.
